All Shopmate Coupons are a two step mechanism for concluding transaction between the buyer and the seller. Coupons will be first issued to the buyer as a proof of his commitment to purchase the selected product or services from the selected dealer. Buyer will then produce the coupon before the dealer who will deliver the product/service after confirmation of its authenticity. Coupons shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions and specific terms and conditions.
What is the process of Order Cancellation?
1. Once we issue the Coupon to the Customer, Customer may cancel the transaction at any time within 2 working days from the day after the day you received the Coupon (a working day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday in the Republic of India).
2. If you do want to cancel, you must do so by sending us an email at support@Shopmate.com to inform us that you are cancelling the Coupon.
3. After receiving the Cancellation Request, ShopMate will initiate the cancellation process & inform customer about the cancellation via email or contact number.
What are the modes of refund available?
After accepting the cancellation request, ShopMate will be refunding the booking amount back to the source through which the payment was made for the transaction within 7 working days to the customer bank account.
What are the process of replacement & return of Product?
1. Once the Coupon has been issued to the customers, its customers & Partners (Sellers & Dealers) responsibility to interact with each other for product payment & delivery.
2. Shop Mate Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the quality of services /products provided by the Partners (Dealers & Sellers), and the same shall be the sole responsibility of the partners, and liability arising out of the same shall be that of the Partner exclusively.
3. Any issue, claims /demands with regards to product quality / warranty to be managed by Partner (Dealers & Sellers) only.
